Getting There:
- By Roads: Access the park via a tarmac road from Nairobi, 156 km northwest on the A104 road. The main gate is 4 km from Nakuru Town Centre, with an alternative entry at Lanet Gate on the Nairobi-Nakuru road. Nderit Gate is used by visitors coming from Masai Mara or Elementaita.
- Airstrips: The Naishi airstrip serves tourism and KWS activities.
- Park Roads: Well-maintained roads provide easy access throughout the park.
- Park Gates: Lanet and Nderit gates are on the eastern side, while the Old Main gate is on the northern-western side. Visitors with tickets can explore both sides without additional charges, though a full circuit from east to west is currently restricted due to water levels.
