Payment Terms - Real Africa Travel: Safaris & Tours to Kenya

Real Africa Travel suggests reviewing your safari itinerary before finalizing your payment.
Payments can be done securely online via credit/debit card, or bank wire transfer.
A 50 % deposit is required at the time of booking to secure hotel rooms, and the 50 % remaining balance is due 45 days before the start of the safari.

In the event that we cancel a booking with a hotel, or local airline, they will charge us a cancellation fee, but we strive to keep these fees to a minimum.
There is also an applicable cancellation fee if the number of travelers is reduced, or the duration of stay is cut short.
Some Prebooked and paid for extra activities are non-refundable.
The cancellation fees are listed below, according to the total payment paid.
1. 1. 1. Reservations can be canceled 72 hours after payment with no cancellation fee.
    2. There will be a 30% cancellation fee if you cancel more than 45 days before your departure date.
    3. Any cancellation within 14 to 45 days before departure will be charged a 70% cancellation fee.
    4. Any cancellation between 0 to 14 days of the itinerary’s start will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Your cancellation must be acknowledged by e-mail. Your cancellation notification is invalid if Real Africa Travel has not issued an acknowledgement email.
